  A detailed interview ensures drivers meet DriveGo’s standards, understand traffic rules, and have strong city route awareness.
• Step 3: Driver Background Check
  Comprehensive background verification is carried out. Only drivers who clear all checks and match your requirements are shortlisted.
• Step 4: Driver Introduction
  An introduction or interview is arranged so you are comfortable with the driver before approval.
• Step 5: Approval & Confirmation
  Upon your approval, verified driver documents are shared and booking is confirmed.
• Step 6: Your Driver Is Ready
  The driver is assigned and begins service as per schedule.

• Driver duty limited to booked daily hours only.
• Maximum service: 26 days per month.
• Overtime charged at ₹60/hour.
• Fuel, tolls, parking & night charges are extra.
