1. Agreement Overview

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and LNS Technology Solutions ("Company"). By accessing or using the DriveGo platform (website or mobile application), you agree to comply with all terms stated herein.

The Company acts as a technology platform connecting customers with independent drivers and transportation providers. The Company does not provide transportation services and is not responsible for any services rendered by drivers.

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service implies acceptance of updated Terms.

2. Disclaimer

The Company is not a transportation provider. All services are provided by independent drivers. The Company shall not be held liable for any accidents, damages, losses, or illegal activities conducted by drivers.

• You must not misrepresent yourself as an employee or agent of the Company.
• Promotion of competitor platforms or unauthorized discounts is strictly prohibited.

3. Eligibility & User Responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality.
• You must comply with all applicable laws.

4. Driver Obligations

• Valid driving license and required permits.
• Vehicle must be legally owned/authorized and in good condition.
• Valid insurance coverage is mandatory.
• Compliance with all local transport laws.
• Maintain professionalism and avoid misuse of the platform.

5. Platform Usage Restrictions

• No fraudulent activity or fake bookings.
• No misuse of customer data.
• No attempt to disrupt or harm the platform.
• No resale or unauthorized distribution of the software.

6. Payments & Fees

All service fees are non-refundable. The Company may charge up to 20% commission per completed ride.

• Drivers must maintain a minimum wallet balance of ₹500.
• Penalties may apply for cancellations or no-shows.

7. Partner Conduct & Penalties

• Repeated cancellations may lead to suspension.
• Directly serving customers outside the platform may result in termination.
• Company holds no liability for accidents or damages.

8. Payment by Customers

Customers may pay via cash or digital methods. Any disputes regarding service must be handled directly between the driver and customer.

9. Taxes

All applicable taxes and statutory charges are the responsibility of the user/driver as per local laws.

10. Confidentiality

You agree not to disclose any confidential information related to the Company’s operations, customers, or business strategies.

11. Personal Data

The Company may collect and process your personal data for service delivery, communication, legal compliance, and marketing purposes as per its Privacy Policy.

12. Third-Party Services

Any interaction with third-party providers is solely between you and the third party. The Company holds no responsibility.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless against any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.

14. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of income, data, or business opportunities.

15. Service Availability

The Service may be affected by network issues, technical failures, or delays. The Company is not responsible for such disruptions.

16. License

The Company grants you a limited, non-transferable license to use the Application strictly for personal use.

17. Assignment

You may not transfer your rights under this Agreement. The Company may assign rights without prior notice.
